WHY I STARTED
It began as a question, not a business.
For years, I lived at full speed, growing, achieving, chasing dreams and life. Until one day, I realised I could measure everything around me, but not the peace within me.
So I turned inward. Breath, sleep, movement, biomarkers, and began tracing how awareness itself could become data which led me to the journey of SOHAM.
MY PURPOSE
Making awareness measurable, & science meaningful.
Health is not just the absence of disease; it’s the rhythm between body, breath and being.
My work is to bring these rhythms into a living system. where yoga meets diagnostics, and practitioners, labs, Nutritionists and doctors come together to extend life with depth, not just length. A supporting space to help humans live longer and better.

SOHAM ::: A conscious ecosystem for Longetivity.
SOHAM stands for the Science of Awareness, Health and Mindfulness. It’s a living system that connects traditional Yogic practices with measurable data.
Backed by A network of specialists who believe awareness can heal, SOHAM is to help those in their 40s and 50s move from survival to self regulation, adding life to years by aligning breath, rhythm, nutrition and data.

Who I am, beyond the titles.
Long before SOHAM was born, long before I ever spoke about Longetivity or awareness, I was a simple man asking questions about my own life.
Why was my energy shifting?
Why was my recovery slower?
Why were my rhythms changing?
To find answers, I went inward. I started studying my breath, my sleep cycles, and my emotional responses. I ran my own tests, and tracked my biomarkers.
Along this path, I realised that the human body is not aging as much as it is adapting, and when we understand its signals, we can guide that adaptation. My work today comes from that place. From curiosity, from practice, and from a deep respect for the intelligence the human body carries.
